Personal Effectiveness Program (PEP)

The Personal Effectiveness Program is a comprehensive, blended learning program for high-potential young professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills and overall performance. This program is meticulously structured around six progressive modules, each delivered bi-weekly, focusing on the traits and practices that characterise highly effective leaders.

A distinct feature of this program is its four individualized mentoring sessions: three integrated into the program's duration and a follow-up session three months post-completion. These sessions are a unique opportunity for learners to receive personalized guidance and feedback.

Moreover, the program comprises two in-depth assessments, one administered at the outset and another three months after the program concludes. These evaluations provide participants with valuable insights into their development and performance, enabling continuous improvement.
