The Foundational Leadership And Managerial Essentials (FLAME) Program is an intensive, blended learning initiative to transition team managers into effective and people-centric leaders. Delivered over 12 weeks, this program comprises six rigorously designed modules, each offered bi-weekly, providing participants with the critical skills and knowledge necessary to engage, inspire and lead teams

Each participant benefits from four personalised coaching sessions - three of these are interwoven into the program's fabric, with the final session taking place three months post-completion to ensure ongoing application and integration of learned skills. 

Moreover, the program includes two comprehensive assessments - the first sets the benchmark at the program's outset, and the follow-up assessment after three months measures the participant's growth and development, providing insights into areas of further improvement.
